 Description
 A free wine, the result of a vineyard and a living terroir.
 60-year-old Carignan vineyards planted on clay-limestone soil near a Roman oppidum in Languedoc.
 Vinification and maceration in whole bunches for 9 days. Quick and light pressing and aging on the yeasts in cement tanks.
 Blended with 10% Pinot Noir from Alsace.
 Fermentation is entrusted solely to the care of the life present on the grapes and nothing else.
 Bottled in June 2019.

 Red wine. Not filtered, not clarified, slightly hazy. Live wine, keep away from sunlight and never above 14 degrees ° C
