Do you have an "à la carte menu"? Is it possible to know the dishes on the menu?

Our Restaurant has a tasting menu in 5 or 7 courses, the "a la carte menu" is not available. We call the menu "Inspiration" precisely because it is created daily by the kitchen based on the availability of meats by local farmers, of fish from the Tyrrhenian Sea and the seasonal vegetables from our garden in San Gimignano. The cheeses, many of which are made with raw milk, are another fundamental point of our proposal and represent for us an exceptional expression of gustatory complexity.

The dishes are designed to match and contrast with each other, in order to offer a different and as fun taste experience as possible. Every course is served as a surprise to the customer, for this reason we ask you to communicate in advance food allergies or intolerances. 

Is it possible to eat in your restaurant if I have food allergies or intolerances?

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you suffer from food allergies, intolerances or restrictions on certain foods. Communicate any request at the time of booking in order to allow us to adapt the menu especially for you. In case you simply "don't like" foods, but would like to try our restaurant, we recommend breaking down any gustatory prejudices and savoring the entire menu as it is proposed to you.

Is it possible to eat at your place if I am vegetarian or vegan?

Yes, in case you want to eat a vegetarian menu or a vegan menu, we recommend you to inform us at least 2 working days before booking. We can prepare an entirely vegetarian or vegan 5 or 7 courses menu for you, and we are happy to do so. 

Is it possible to buy wines and take them away?

Yes, when the restaurant is open you can buy almost all bottles of wine. Some labels of absolute rarity and very small annual allocation, at the express request of the producer, are available only for consumption at the table.

Is it possible to enter the restaurant with dogs or other pets?

For reasons of space and out of respect for the guests present in the room in order to protect any allergies, we find it difficult welcome our four-legged friends. In any case, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance by email to find the best possible solution.

How can I reach your place? Where can i park the car?

The Enoteca Bruni restaurant is located in the historic center of Florence, in a position that can be easily reached by all means: 

Heat engine car, with parking at Garage Europa, 300 meters from the venue www.garageeuropafirenze.it/en/

Electric car, Tesla® type, with charging space 50 meters from the restaurant

Train, Santa Maria Novella station, 600 meters from the restaurant

Tramway, Porta al Prato-Leopolda stop, 800 meters from the restaurant

Can yours be defined as "Tuscan cuisine"? Do you have local products?

Ours is a cuisine without any limitation other than the natural one of the seasons. However, we can state that, where possible, we are strongly committed to favor local producers. We use raw material natural that it is good, ethical and healthy. Let's define ours a Tuscan cuisine as for the ingredients but definitely modern and borderless in the way of conceiving dishes.

Do you need a particular type of clothing?

Any combination of good taste is welcome, we do not require any particular dress code, but we kindly invite customers not to exaggerate with  the perfume, in order to not jeopardize the tasting for the other customers in the room.
