The dishes on the tasting menu are prepared according to seasonality of fruit and vegetables from our garden, to the availability of meat from local farmers and fish from the Tyrrhenian Sea. Cheeses, many of which are made from raw milk, are another fundamental point of our proposal as we believe they represent an exceptional expression of complex flavours. Everything is accompanied by a wine list, with over 3000 different labels, identity and the result of constant and demanding research. Everything is chosen to match and contrast, in order to offer you a particular and as fun tasting experience as possible.
We ask to be informed, at the time of booking, of any food allergies, intolerances or restrictions towards certain foods. We can also create a totally vegetarian or vegan menu if indicated in advance. Please communicate any requests at the time of booking in order to allow us to adapt everything as best as possible. If you have foods that you simply "don't like", we recommend breaking down any taste prejudices and savoring the entire menu as it is proposed to you.
