 Vinification and Aging
 Macabeo from 40-year-old vines planted at about 470 meters above sea level. The fruit was subjected to direct pressing and fermentation took place in stainless steel. Delicate, with a delicate nose of white and mineral flowers and a delicious lightness on the palate.

 Powerful white wine, with aromas of white flowers and marked acidity.
