 100% Chardonnay from vines planted at the foot of the Piccadilly Valley in the Adelaide Hills region, on black sandy alluvial soil. Organic and biodynamic viticulture, zero chemistry, grapes harvested at high maturity. Natural vinification: without artifice, the whole bunches are pressed and then fermented in 15-year-old 500-liter barrels. ZERO Sulfur.
