 Description
 Blending of Gewurtraminer and Riesling from clayey and granite sound, near St Hyppolite from 30-year-old vines. The production is conducted in compliance with the organic principle.
 The grapes were harvested on November 2, 2018.
 Vinified with maceration of whole bunches for 72 hours, followed by a direct natural fermentation.
 Fermentation is entrusted solely to the care of the life present on the grapes and nothing else. Bottled at the end of December 2018.
 Note
 Sparkling wine refermented in bottle with crown cap. Not filtered, not clarified. Late harvest. Slightly sweet. Live wine, keep away from sunlight and never above 14 degrees ° C
 Extremely effervescent, uncork slowly and carefully. Serve very cold.
